Waiting List Policy

Current dealers have the right of retention. When the deadline for renewal passes and should there be vacant tables, the vacancies are filled by people on the waiting list by order of postmark. That is the only method for which vacant tables are filled.

Anyone requesting to be part of the waiting list should return his/her contract and payment immediately to increase the chance of being near the top of the list. Multiple tables (maximum of 3) will be assigned based solely on availability.

Because of the possibility of last-minute non-refundable cancellations by current dealers, decisons regarding vacant tables may be made right up to the day of the show. Prospective dealers should be aware of that possibility and should notify the show chairman if they are available on short notice.

The checks are held--not cashed--pending the placement in the show. Those not placed will have their checks returned and will automatically receive a contract for next year's show, and the process will repeat.
